𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗪𝗲 𝗗𝗼 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀? Exodus 15:22-25

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 - 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘥𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘴, 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘴, 𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴, 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦, 𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘴? 𝗜𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, what will matter most is 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘚𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘢𝘺 when we stand before Him at the 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 (I Cor. 3:9-17, 5:10). 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱, we should each strive to "𝗗𝗼 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹" through Christ's strength in the 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩 so that we may hear Him say "𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗲" in the 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗗 (both 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙣 & 𝙪𝙣𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙣). Your labour is 𝗡𝗢𝗧 in vain in the LORD (I Cor. 15:58). He sees your 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 and 𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 for Him; and, one day soon, He will 𝙧𝙚𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 you with a 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 and a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (Rev. 22:12, Matt. 25:21). "𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗘" 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 – 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳… 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 – 𝘐’𝘭𝘭 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘥’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘦… 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘦 – 𝘐’𝘭𝘭 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘳… 𝘈𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 – 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘎𝘰𝘥’𝘴 𝘚𝘰𝘯… 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘏𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘺 – 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘋𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘳𝘶𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦… 𝘠𝘰𝘶’𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘬𝘦𝘱𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩 - 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦, 𝘈𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱, 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘳 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵 - 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦’𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘯! The Outstretched Hands of God - Romans 10 & Hosea 11

Who were the wise men, and how many wise men were there? Why did they journey to Jerusalem from the east, and what did they hope to find at their journey’s end? How did the wise men know to look for a star, and what caused them to understand the meaning of the star when they observed its appearance in the night sky? Finally, what are the truths that God intends for us to learn from their brief appearance in the Scriptures? These and many other related questions are asked and answered in this practical study about the lives of a unique group of individuals who are referred to in the Scriptures as the “wise men.” This wonderful story, which God’s Word so beautifully records, has been the subject of sermon and song alike for many years as it shines a light upon the lives of the men who, while following a star, were blessed to find the Savior!
